Please bring your Insta360 X5 camera, battery, charging cable, protective case, and the original box (if available) to our store. By law, purchasing second-hand goods requires verifying the seller’s identity, so please be sure to bring your ID card or driver’s license.

全景相機最怕的就是鏡頭刮傷。我們的專員會優先檢查前後魚眼鏡頭是否有劃痕或鍍膜剝落，接著測試開機、錄影、觸控反應及 App 連線功能。若功能一切正常且外觀良好，估價金額將會更高。

Our specialists will prioritize inspecting the front and rear fisheye lenses for any scratches or coating damage, followed by testing power, recording, touch response, and App connectivity. If all functions are normal and the physical condition is good, the valuation offer will be higher.

可以收購，但價格會受到影響。由於全景相機的運作原理依賴兩顆鏡頭的完美拼接，任何刮傷都會直接影響成像（產生光斑或接縫明顯）。我們會依據刮傷不影響成像的程度來進行折價評估。

Q: 沒有盒子可以賣嗎？
可以。雖然原廠盒裝與配件齊全會讓收購價格更好，但單機身與電池我們也能回收。我們會依據缺失的配件成本進行合理的扣除。
